On this one hour free call I’ll talk you through a process of brainstorming everything that you have going on in your precious, busy life. Once it’s all down on paper, you’ll have the opportunity to winnow down that list, freeing up energy and time to use elsewhere.
All in a supportive manner that won't leave you feeling jittery or triggered, with a group of women who totally get how hard this is (because we're all going through the process together.) Why am I exhausted (when the holidays haven't even started)?!?
Did you know that everything we have going on takes energy whether we’re actively engaged with it or not?
That’s right - projects, inspirations, backlog, prep work, household items that need regular upkeep, household items that need fixing, doctor’s appointments, medical stuff…even self-care, and making sure everyone in your life gets fed semi-regularly.
All of that takes energy. And not just the energy of doing them. Anything we set an intention to doing takes energy!
And when you’re a creative thinker with high-ideals, that’s a lot of things.
You may lose track of all of those to-dos, but your brain remembers. It keeps track of all of them for you. Your brain sends reminders about that long list by poking our autonomic nervous system. Maybe you recognize the jolt you feel when you suddenly remember something you forgot to do? That’s your brain, “helping.”

The result: a constant state of anxiety.
The solution: awareness.
I mean, ideally the solution would be to get it all done but that is never, ever going to happen. And that’s a good thing – if our to-do list has nothing on it, life isn’t really worth living.
No, when the messages your brain send you are screaming at you, and your anxiety level is nearing maximum capacity, the best solution is awareness.
With awareness we can:

- see what’s really there rather than wondering what all is going on in our brains and our life
- allow our brain to stop sending frantic, triggering messages that leave us frazzled and spent.
- consciously choose what we can do, and what we must put of – for now or for good.
“But that list would be a mile long!!” you say. That may very well be true, and that’s why we’re doing this call. Working through the process with a group of others who also have a list a mile long offers a powerful form of support that can’t be created in any other way.
